Welfare Policy

• Career Development: The company organizes regular internal training sessions and occasional external training programs to enhance employees’ professional skills.
• Leave Policy: Apart from Sundays and national holidays, employees are entitled to varying numbers of annual leave days based on their years of service. Additionally, there are provisions for marriage leave and bereavement leave.
