Tung Shin Industrial Co., Ltd is a 100%
foreign owned company specializing in
manufacturing aluminum products; having its
factory complex on a 65,000m2 land area at
Song Than II IZ, Binh Duong Province.
Tung Shin’s aluminum products used for some
aspects related to construction,
transportation, sports, health care, machinery
and consumer.
Tung Shin has been the first aluminum enterprise
granted ISO 9001. The establishment of Tung
Shin has marked a breakthrough of an aluminum

SURFACE
TREATMENT WORKSHOP
An important thing with
regard to aluminum quality is a sophisticated
technique for surface treatment process. If treated
surface is oxidized creating a bad covering layer,
after a long interval of time in contact with the
atmosphere and solar radiations, we will see that
aluminum surface bear white and black spots for
reason there has been corrosion, and a gradual
transformation into rust.
After treatment, it still is necessary to give to
aluminum a thick anti-oxidant layer, afterward
process pores for the aluminum bar attain the
necessary glaze ,and be wear proof and resistant
against corrosion, finally electrogalvanizetion add
a layer of ED. Rising for increasing the hardness of
the aluminum bar so the aluminum bar may be more
wear proof and attain the right level of polish and
glaze.

treatment workshop in Vietnam, having the following

equipment, the electroplating process is
strictly controlled so that our products are
always esthetically perfect while having a

POWDER COATING
The Electrostatic Painting Workshop of TungShin
Company is achieved and put into operation on June
30 2003. One may say that this is the most
advanced and most recent electrostatic painting in
Vietnam .The integrity of equipment mould
machinery … in the workshop have been imported
from Taiwan .The installation process was
controlled by computers. Materials and raw
materials are directly imported from Taiwan, their
quality; colors, brilliance and durability meet
international standards.

painting process is strictly controlled so that

spread, and do not easily fade after a long
